Description
Chattanooga’s first LEED certified building (Gold) involved the renovation of the Hamilton Hotel into our offices. Notable among it’s features are the re-used and re-imagined studs, radiators, wainscoting, flooring and doors with transoms as well as salvaged metal railings, polycarbonate walls for light transmission, modular green roof and ivy-laden sunscreens attached to the front of the building. We even saved the proverbial kitchen sink.
