Private Residence
Description
This Private Residence is an adaptive reuse of an historic structure, located in the Art District that originated over 100 years ago as a carriage assembly building. The project was charged to develop permanent living quarters for the owners of The District in the space above the bakery. The resultant design added 1-1/2 stories above the roof of the original structure and utilized an eclectic assembly of styles that reflect the multiple architectural forms within the Art District.
