Nashville Mixed Use Development
Description
An 8-story, urban-scale, mixed-use hotel building, the structure will house retail units, a restaurant, a bank, two hotels and a 300-car parking garage. The building will be located in a vibrant urban site in Midtown Nashville and around the corner from Music Row and Vanderbilt University. Midtown is a busy and intense, but pedestrian-friendly place. As Nashville’s version of Times Square, this project will blend seamlessly with the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood.
