The Law Center on Market Renovation
Description
The Law Center on Market involved the renovation of 30,000 sf of warehouse building into street-side retail, a law office, and studio apartments. The building was challenging from the beginning as we waded through unexpected structural issues, significant water damage, and several design revisions to produce this simple and worthwhile urban rehabilitation
