First Centenary UMC Entry Addition
Description
The First Centenary United Methodist Church project created a resolution to the problem that one of the most commonly used pedestrian entrances was through the utilities and refuse alleyway and drive. The addition was a contextual addition to the iconic design of Harold Wagner, nationally preeminent church designer. The result is a minimally elegant form of polished stainless steel, glass and concrete which creates new meeting space with extensive visual connection to the outdoors while allowing view through the addition to the elegant original structure.
